Refund policy

Please choose carefully.  While we always do our best to accurately photograph the colours of our yarn, we cannot account for different lighting conditions, or monitor settings.  We will happily replace or refund any FAULTY yarn (please email us first).

Faults do NOT include a join/knot unless there are more than 2 per 100gms (1 per 50gms), or yarn that you have purchased as a dyehouse 'second' or 'third'. Faults also do NOT include you changing your mind about the colour, not liking the colour, having a ball left over from your project, or not liking the fit of the finished project. Also an inability to follow gauge or washing recommendations is not a yarn fault.
