Shipping policy

Flat rate shipping applies to orders up to 2kg.  For orders over 2kg please email outlawyarn@gmail.com for a quote.  We aim to ship orders within 2 business days.  Once your order has been despatched from Outlaw Yarn it should reach you within 10 working days.  Please contact us via email at warehouse@outlawyarn.com if your parcel has not arrived within 2 weeks of receiving confirmation of despatch.
