Your customer service was amazing, and your team contacted me to clarify that the colour was right and made suggestions, and I received my yarn in record time (less than 48 hours after ordering it), and the colour suggestion was absolutely the right help I needed! The only caveat is the yarn is pretty coarse, and I prefer a softer yarn (this could be a me problem as my usual purchases are bamboo-wool or superwash or silk-wool combos. If you've got a nice soft on the skin uber luxe wool I'd be all for it! Thanks, Jaime
